• Pathway Exploration Session (30 minutes) | $50

  • Required for all new clients. A focused consultation to clarify your needs, determine the best horizontal lane of support, and ensure a perfect therapeutic fit.

 

Clinical Tiers

(Available exclusively to residents of Connecticut and New Mexico. Monthly Superbills available upon request.)

• Clinical Therapy: Standard (50 minutes) | $185 / session

  • Evidence-based virtual therapy tailored for women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and perinatal mental health.

• Clinical Therapy: Intensive (6-Session Focused Arc) | $1,500 total

  • Accelerated, structured clinical support designed for women ready to dive deep and create rapid stabilization.

• Clinical Therapy: Concierge | $1,500 / month

  • Premium, on-demand clinical care for the woman who requires continuous support and access between scheduled sessions.

• Postpartum Care: Concierge | $1,800 / month

  • High-acuity maternal stabilization, containment, and protective nervous system support during the critical postpartum window.

 

Non-Clinical & Global Tiers

(Available to women and couples worldwide.)

• Counseling & Connection | $200 / session

  • Reflective, slow relational holding for life transitions, identity shifts, burnout, and caregiver fatigue. No clinical diagnosis required.

• Coaching & Strategy | $225 / session

  • Visionary, outcome-driven, and high-accountability lifestyle or academic redesign to activate your next professional pivot.

• The V.I.T.A.L.™ Relationship Planning Program | $2,800 flat program fee

  • A comprehensive, future-oriented 6 to 7 session architecture arc for engaged couples, co-parents, and partners. Includes our mandatory Maternal Impact Clause.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Blossom Brightwell operates on a premium, private-pay model, and we do not contract directly with insurance panels. This model completely protects your clinical diagnostic privacy, prevents outside corporate interference in your care, and allows us to customize your treatment intensity without strict limitations.

 

Can I use my Out-of-Network benefits for reimbursement?

Yes. For our Clinical Therapy and Postpartum Clinical tracks, we gladly provide a monthly Superbill (an itemized clinical receipt) upon request. Many premium insurance plans offer Out-of-Network (OON) behavioral health benefits and will reimburse you for a significant portion of your investment.

 

What should I ask my insurance company to verify my coverage?

We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking the following specific questions:

1. “Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits for outpatient telehealth sessions?”

2. “What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?”

3. “What percentage of the session fee is covered for an out-of-network Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) using billing code 90837?”

 

Do I have to live in Connecticut or New Mexico to work with you?

It depends entirely on the type of service you need:

• Clinical Therapy & Postpartum Clinical Care: Due to state licensing laws, formal clinical treatment is exclusive to residents living in Connecticut and New Mexico.

• Counseling, Coaching, & V.I.T.A.L.™ Programs: Because these horizontal lanes focus on non-clinical reflective support, life transition strategy, and relational architecture rather than medical treatment, these services are open to women and couples anywhere in the world.

 

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

Because we maintain a low-volume, high-prestige caseload, your reserved time is protected exclusively for you.

• Sessions may be securely rescheduled without penalty if the request is made within our standard policy window.

• Sessions roll over if rescheduled on time; however, because time blocks are strictly limited to ensure premium care quality, no refunds are issued once your slot is officially reserved.
